ASK A SITES INTERNET POSTCARD RULES:

This is a free service intended to facilitate electronic communication for lawful private use.

Individuals, organizations and businesses are free to use our electronic postcards for any lawful, worthy and ethical purpose, except as limited by these Rules. The Website must not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services. Furthermore, no more than 500 cards may be sent by any one person, organization or business in any one calendar year without prior written permission from Ask a Sites.

We ask all Website users to use appropriate names and language in the name spaces, address spaces and other spaces (if any) provided on the Website. Users are forbidden from using false e-mail addresses. In addition, Askasite.com Website users may not send electronic greeting cards to people or other entities on mailing lists that they do not have full rights to use, nor send electronic greeting cards to people or other entities with whom they are not acquainted. Sending multiple emails with advertising content is considered abuse of this service ("spam") and we will take appropriate measures to exclude users deliberately violating this rule.

We do NOT make our website user's email addresses or postcard recipient's addresses available to any third parties.

Since this is a free service, our WWW pages may contain advertising banners from sponsors at any given time which supports the costs of providing this service. We will not accept any advertisement from entities whose products or advertisements we determine to be offensive or inappropriate in any way. For example, we do not allow sites with adult material, or sites which contain links to adult material.

All users agree to utilize this services at their own risk. Although we always try to provide the highest standards of quality, we cannot make any guarantees concerning the permanent availability, faultless functioning, or timeliness of our services.

This Website contains material protected by law, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks.
